Horizon Three Limited was created in 2010 by Ray Diddens. Born and raised in the United States, Ray has spent most of his adult life abroad, spending 6 years in Thailand, 10 years in Italy, 6 years in China, and 2 years in Indonesia.

Ray began his professional entertainment career 1993, which began as a show waterski performer at Sea World, San Diego, California, moving on to stunt performing, and eventually embraced the technical aspect of shows, special effects, and attractions. Never leaving the entertainment industry throughout his career, now a specialized electrical and mechanical engineer, show director, script writer, stunt coordinator, special effects consultant and engineer, programmer, project manager, and production director.
